Please note we do not guarantee colour match between the same products ordered by you in separate orders.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be over 18 years of age, register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information and also provide a valid delivery address and a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and temporary addresses are not permitted.
PAYMENT

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We will endeavour to ship items held in stock within 7 days for the UK.
For Print to Order items lead times will vary and are stated on individual product pages.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.
For orders outside of the United Kingdom local customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Timna is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods are held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed .
RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
Timna carries the risk of loss or damage to the ordered products until you receive them. The products belong to you when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.
RETURNS POLICY

PRINT TO ORDER:
These are print to order and therefore non-refundable.
We do not accept returns unless the product is a) damaged in transit before you receive them or b) if the product is faulty.
COMMISSIONED PRODUCTS:
All Timna Woollard Artist commissioned products are non-returnable. We do not accept returns unless the product is a) damaged in transit before you receive them or b) if the product is faulty.
All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. You should inspect the goods upon delivery and check that no items are damaged. If goods are damaged you should sign for as such upon delivery and us within 24 hours of delivery including photographic evidence of the damage. We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.
Returns labels are provided and the return of goods is at the customer's own expense.
Items should be returned within 14 days of receipt, If the item returned meets our return terms, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed. Please note, we will not cover decorator costs or any other additional costs that arise as this is solely your responsibility.
DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Timna Woollard will respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all relevant and current data protection legislation. We will not disclose your personal data to anyone, unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
